Parts Interpreter

**Essential Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year experience within dealership parts sales & interpreting environment
- Ability to consistently provide an exceptional Guest Experience that exceeds our Guests expectations, and provides an “Oh What a Feeling”,
- A learning mindset with ability to follow direction and guidance to learn dealership processes,
- Awareness and ability to work efficiently,
- Strong time management & organisational skills,
- Reliability is very important to our Guests and the dealership,
- Enthusiastic, warm, keen and pleasant manner,
- High level of professionalism and personal presentation,
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal both face to face and over the phone
- Experience with Microcat & Parts Check, ERA
- Good level of computer literacy,
- Toyota Parts Experience highly regarded.

**Work Times**:

- 5-day week, Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.36pm with 1 hour lunch break.
