MM Electrical & Data Suppliers is a market leader in the supply and distribution of electrical and lighting products with a national network.

Our Eltham location is looking for an engaging and motivated team player to join their growing internal sales team.

This is a permanent role with full-time hours, Monday - Friday: 8.00am to 5pm

**No Saturdays**

**The role**:

- Respond to general customer enquiries regarding pricing and product information.
- Process orders, purchase stock and assist with customer consignment.
- Actively stay connected with customers and build strong, long-term working relationships.
- Stock control as required, including assisting with re-stocking shelves and packing orders.

**The requirements**:

- Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
- Sales/Customer Service background in trades/services, electrical supplier experience preferred. Electricians looking to make a move are encouraged to apply.
- A passion for customer service and sales.
- A confident engaging personality with a some sales / customer service experience.
- An engaging communication style - and enjoy speaking to others.
- The ability to identify and action opportunities for making additional sales.
- Great rapport and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills and an aptitude for numbers.
- The ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
- Proficient computer skills.
