Bligh Park Hotel is seeking a motivated and reliable **Kitchen Cleaner** to join our kitchen brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work regular night shifts on a permanent part time basis.

**About the Role**:
As a Kitchen Cleaner, you will play a key role in ensuring the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned and hygiene is maintained every night.

Shifts will be 8pm - midnight x 5 nights per week.

**What You'll Do**:

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Thoroughly clean range hoods, surfaces, walls and floors nightly.
- Help manage waste and recycling in line with environmental and safety standards.
- Support the team in ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Cleaning experience preferred, but not essential as training can be provided.
- Good time management skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Hard worker who can work independently and within a team.
- Must be able to follow direction and take feedback on board for improvement.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
