This learning period will take place across multiple stores in the South Eastern / Eastern of Melbourne of Melbourne, to ensure a wide exposure of the company is gained.

**To be considered you will have**:

- Leadership / supervisory experience
- Understanding or exposure to store financial reporting including P&Ls, rosters and budgets
- Worked within a team to deliver results
- Be comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers and company stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast paced environment

**The successful individual will**:

- Be a passionate customer service expert
- Be able to motivate their team members to shine, develop and succeed
- Have store leadership experience
- Have a flexible availability
- Hold a valid driver's licence
- Have the physical capacity to handle products of a heavy nature
