On Demand Delivery are seeking motivated, hard working drivers based in Nerang but covering Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern NSW

The Role

You will mainly be picking up and delivering boxes, up to 5kg so not heavy work, mainly delivery driving. Multi Drop delivery experience would be an advantage.

Some heavy lifting but only occasionally Furniture, White Goods etc.

About You

We are looking for smart individuals that are well presented, friendly and happy to go the extra mile. We say ‘Yes’ and then we figure it out. To be considered for this role you must be:
Over 25 for insurance purposes and

Have a full drivers licence and be able to drive a manual van (van is provided).

Have an ABN number for invoicing purposes

Have your own transport to get to Nerang each day to pick up the van

You will also need to be happy to use your own mobile phone, we use Telegram messaging service, various delivery apps and Google Maps.

Uniform & Van & Trolley will be provided.

20-30 hours per week (Casual/Part Time)

We are open Monday to Friday during business hours 8am to 6pm and we will provide you various shifts during these hours.

We have plenty of work available for the right person. We just ask that you are reliable and don’t commit to a job if you can’t do it.

The rate

We offer $32 per hour which includes super and is paid every 2 weeks. Minimum daily shift is 4 hours but we have plenty of shifts available once you are trained up.

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nerang, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
