**Qualifications & Experience**
- Valid Agents Representative Certificate.
- Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable car.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Exceptional telephone, written, and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Immaculate & Professional Presentation.
- Polished Customer Service Skills.
- Driven and Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Saturday work is a must.
- Enthusiastic and initiative-taking.
- Enjoy working both autonomously and in a team.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Prospecting for new listings - Cold Calls and door knocking.
- Attending Open Home Inspections on weekdays and Saturdays.
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants in real estate transactions.
- Stay updated on current market conditions, trends, and property values.
- Provide clients with accurate information about the market and comparable properties.
- Network with potential clients and local businesses. Develop and execute marketing plans, including online listings, open houses, and advertising.
- Manage online and social media presence.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers or landlords.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documents.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and other relevant activities.
- Liaising with vendors and buyers, including assisting with the end-to-end management of all correspondence.
- Liaise with solicitors/conveyancers, property stylists, building inspectors and valuers to facilitate a smooth sales transaction.
- Prepare property appraisals and reports, with direction.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
