If you're a qualified HR Driver looking for stability and purpose, this is the role for you. Enjoy **permanent, full-time** work with **early starts** (6am) and **early finishes** — plus a sign-on bonus of up to **$3,000**.

**What you'll be doing**
As a key member of our essential services team, you’ll:

- Work across **commercial and industrial**, and **residentia**l sectors.
- **Operate modern trucks and**work** independently**:

- **Collect, transport, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials**:

- Work safely on **commercial sites** around other heavy vehicles and equipment
- Enjoy **variety** in your day, with **opportunities to learn** new skills

**What we offer**:

- **Sign-on bonus of up to $3,000**:

- Monday to Friday schedule.
- Optional and sometime required weekends and public holidays
- Start at 6:00 am, finish by 2:30 pm plus **overtime included**.
- **Full training provided,**no previous experience in waste industry is needed.
- **Modern, well-maintained vehicles** that you’ll be proud to drive

**What you’ll bring**
- **Current HR license**:

- A **positive attitude** and pride in your work
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**

**What You’ll Need to Apply**:
