Job Description Summary

Exciting opportunity for a Property Consultant to join our Eastern SAED team working on a major Wireless project
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all tasks relating to the project activities are in compliance with legislative requirements including all relevant Statutes, Regulations and Codes
- Identify potential installation sites by research and networking
- Liaise with legal advisors in securing formal tenure agreements for installation sites
- Negotiate tenure agreements with property owners
- Adhere to project timeframes and ensure costs are kept within budget
- Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of tenure and property law agreements
- Understand and follow risk communication principles and procedures

Skills and Experience
- Experience within the property industry or in a similar role is highly regarded
- Prior experience in the Telecommunications/Wireless industry is highly regarded however not essential
- Strong understanding of the processes relating to project segments including environmental planning requirements, site design and construction
- Project management skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
- High level of numerical analysis skills and attention to detail
