About the Role
We are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our Ermington Bakery team. The role will lead the activities of a team of operators within the baguettes and rolls production line (Packing) during the morning shift (6am to 2pm, Mon-Fri). This role is responsible for training and supporting team members and ensuring all Safety, Quality and Maintenance issues are reported in a timely manner.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Maintain our people safe, food safe and quality standards
- Organise breaks and job rotation so these are completed fairly and in line with standards
- Adherence to planner and accurate completion and sign-off of all documentation
- Ensure stock levels and ingredients are adequate
- Ensure machine settings are correct and to the right efficiency standards
- Perform changeovers of Products and Line Settings
- Identify opportunities for improvement in plant or product performance
