Smartland is a family-orientated, early childhood service with a focus on providing quality education and care for all children, educators and families. Smartland is situated in the heart of Minyama and is a beautiful & well-resourced environment that cares for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.

**Lead Role Requirements**
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or studying towards.
- a current and valid Blue Card/Working with Children Check
- a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- an understanding and experience with the NQF, NQS & EYLF
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Cert III or Diploma Support Role Requirements**
- Cert III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education or studying towards.
- a current and valid Blue Card/Working with Children Check
- a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- an understanding and experience with the NQF, NQS & EYLF
- Current Child Protection certificate
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

**We will also consider educators willing to commence their learning journey through traineeships.**
