Smartland is a family-orientated, early childhood service with a focus on providing quality education and care for all children, educators and families. Smartland is situated in the heart of Minyama and is a beautiful & well-resourced environment that cares for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.

Our children are looking for educators that are warm, fun and creative. They want educators that can give great cuddles, read books and engage in their play and learning. They want educators who will see them as competent, capable and co-creators of their curriculum and who will advocate for them.

**Lead Role Requirements**
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or studying towards.
- a current and valid Blue Card/Working with Children Check
- a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- an understanding and experience with the NQF, NQS & EYLF
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Cert III or Diploma Support Role Requirements**
- Cert III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education or studying towards.
- a current and valid Blue Card/Working with Children Check
- a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- an understanding and experience with the NQF, NQS & EYLF
- Current Child Protection certificate
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

**We will also consider educators willing to commence their learning journey through traineeships.**

**Salary**: From $27.88 per hour

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursery Room: 1 year (preferred)
- Early childhood education: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
