Novon is a specialist professional services organization who are growing our team and are partnering with our high-profile customer to work on a business-critical program. Living our values of Be Innovative, Be Humble and Be Yourself, we are looking to add an Automation Tester to our Novon Community on a contract role.

**This role is initially for 6 months contract with a possibility to extend.**

Role Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build different test suites like regression, smoke tests, and maintain the suites.
- Build a robust and reusable framework to be used across different environments with ease.
- Build test reports which are prepared and send as part of test execution.
- Build a framework which is scalable and capable of handling exceptions.
- Handle technical communications with mobile developers.
- Work with DevOps to establish automated continuous testing.
- Work with developers and testers in **shift left** process to establish regression and smoke test automation suites.
- Work with Dev ops team to establish Automation, continuous testing.
- Experience in implementing CI/CD pipeline and good knowledge on GIT commands

Qualifications & Experience
- 6 + years as automation engineer building automation framework from scratch
- Continues integration and continuous delivery experience.
- Shift left experience. Live and Breathe shift left approach.
- BDD Style of working
- Agile and DevOps experience
- Experience of Testing pyramid
- Performance test experience would be an added advantage.
