As a Risk Analyst in Trust & Safety, you will become our eyes and ears, researching and analyzing trends, regulatory development, industry changes, and public sentiment that could impact our products. You will be an influential voice, providing insights into public opinion and policy development to further enhance users' trust and safety.

**Responsibilities**:
What will I be doing?
- You will conduct early detection of external risks, including but not limited to public opinion risks, regulatory and policy challenges, assessing risky events or Trust & Safety Issue verticals, and forecasting geopolitical issues;
- You will provide global monitoring of risk trends and events using social listening tools and OSINT techniques;
- You'll produce various internal reports to support cross-functional risk mitigation planning and strategy implementation;
- You'll collaborate with key stakeholders in prompt response to the escalation of critical and high-risk trends;
- You'll engage with cross-functional partners to share intelligence, present risk findings and make recommendations for short-term and long-term risk handling strategies.

**Qualifications**:
What should I bring with me?
- You have experience working in policy, journalism, politics, economics, political science, diplomacy, risk management, or related fields with experience with technology, media, or online business preferred
- You're comfortable analyzing large sets of data, using data to illustrate your points
- You have a passion for online safety and internet issues
- You are proficient in English and Chinese given that this role will predominantly be responsible for translating and interpreting between English and Chinese to create reports
