**THE COMPANY**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Working closely with the Directors and Partners within a supportive professional management team with a superior service culture you will be responsible for:

- Planning executing and managing audit engagements for clients
- Supervising audit staff during engagements
- Reviewing audit workpapers to ensure compliance
with professional standards and internal procedures
- Reviewing and analysing financial statements and audit reports
- Ensuring documentation in the audit files meets internal quality
and Australian Audit Standards
- Developing and strengthening the relationships between the firm and clients
- Overseeing business development projects with existing and potential clients

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**

Will enjoy working at an executive leadership level in prestigious offices, receive ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development and play an important role as Audit Manager for a broad range of clients and will have
- Superior client relationship skills
- 4-5 years’ experience (minimum) in an external audit environment
- a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or other relevant professional certification
- Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards (AASB)
and Australian Auditing Standards (ASA)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize tasks
- Be an exceptional communicator and mentor
