We are a leading childcare centre committed to providing exceptional care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. **Role and Responsibilities**: As a Childcare Educator, you will play a vital role in the lives of our young learners, promoting their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing age-appropriate educational activities and programs that foster creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.

Creating a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where children feel comfortable and supported.

Monitoring and observing children's behavior, progress, and well-being, and maintaining detailed records.

Collaborating with parents, guardians, and other staff members to ensure each child's individual needs are met.

Assisting with daily routines, including meals, nap times, and hygiene practices.

Encouraging positive behavior and social interactions, promoting teamwork and respect among children.

Organising and participating in outdoor play, games, and excursions to enhance physical development and exploration.

Continuously updating your knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
A genuine passion for working with children and a strong desire to make a difference in their lives.

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Availability Monday - Friday

Excellent knowledge of child development principles and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.

A current First Aid/CPR certification and a valid Working with Children Check.
