**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leader in the FMCG space, focused on quality services and products for its customers and suppliers.
- Support the Group TA Specialists with advertising, phone screening, reference checking and general administrative duties when required
- Support with end-to-end recruitment for white collar roles if required and dependent on the team's capacity
- New position requests and raising job requisitions for any vacancies within the Group
- Point of contact to advertise all vacancies across the business internally and externally
- Draft and publish recruitment related content on the company Facebook page
- Assist and support sites/departments with queries relating to the recruitment module
- Liaise with the HRIS team on process improvements related to the SuccessFactors Recruitment Module
- Manage Talent Acquisition inbox weekly
- Identify further talent through Seek Premium Talent Search and/or LinkedIn Recruiter if required
- Act as a point of contact on behalf of Talent Acquisition Team for internal and external stakeholders (including job board contacts such as SEEK and Indeed)
- Manage administrative duties such as invoicing and maintaining recruitment templates (advertisement templates, position descriptions etc.)
- Manage monthly costs for Seek, LinkedIn and Indeed
- Administration of the Talent Acquisition Team's Interview Feedback Survey
- Administration and organization for any Careers Fairs or recruitment related events the Talent Acquisition Team attend including promotional material
- Administration of the ACER Platform (Workplace Personality Index tool) when required
- Regular reviews and clean-ups of data in the Recruitment Module (i.e. Job Requisitions)
- Regular reviews of live advertisements across all job boards to ensure there is consistency
- Support International Mobility Team with processing invoices and creating ads on CareerOne, Workforce Australia and Indeed for Labour Market Testing (LMT)

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume, administration role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident liaising with various stakeholders and phone screening when required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy in excel, word, outlook and SuccessFactors
- Responds calmly in difficult situations maintaining a strong customer service focus
- Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-skill
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Takes other's perspective's into consideration
- Must be energetic, passionate and enthusiastic with a demonstrated focus on system improvement
- Sees an opportunity & takes action

Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (in any capacity) will be highly regarded though not essential.
