Your Role:

- Take full responsibility for managing a portfolio of well-maintained properties, overseeing everything from start to finish, with opportunities for portfolio growth.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and establish yourself as a trusted expert in the field.
- Handle property entries, exits, maintenance requests, and routine inspections.
- Collaborate with owners, tenants, and tradespeople to ensure smooth operations at every stage.

About You:

- You hold a current Queensland Real Estate Registration.
- You have several years of experience in Property Management.
- You own a reliable car and have a current driver’s license.
- You’re a proactive, positive, and ambitious professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Property management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (required)

- Australia (required)
