Success in this role is the ability to learn quickly and the desire to provide phenomenal service to our guests whilst working well with others as an all-rounder and team player. Perfectly suited to those who have a basic level of food and beverage service skills and are eager to learn from on-the-job training.

A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, positive attitude, immaculate personal presentation and the ability to say “Bonjour” is a must.
- Work with your team to set conference rooms promptly and accurately to the specifications described on the function sheets
- Ensure client expectations are met, delivering food and beverage service that exudes luxury and aligns with Sofitel brand standards
- Take responsibility for your designated rooms or sections during service
- Ensure all food and beverages requirements are delivered on time and as specified.

**Qualifications** You’ll excel in this role if you have**:

- Availability to work across a 7-day roster including morning and evening shifts.
- Intermediate level of food and beverage service skills including greeting guests, taking orders, cleaning, and clearing tables.
- Physical capability to move heavy items as needed and practice safe handling at all times
- Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification (required).
- A high level of personal presentation aligning with our brand standards.
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and also in a team.
