We are looking for a motivated and friendly **Receptionist** to join our **Ray White Westmead team** - who is passionate about providing 5-Star Customer Service

Being the business’ first point of contact, we are looking for somebody with a vibrant nature, excellent communication skills and has an ability to work well under pressure.

**The Role and Responsibilities include**:

- Greet & Welcome guests upon their arrival to our office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, forward & screen incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail
- Perform a range of clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying & scanning
- Complete data entry activities and finalizing leases
- Frequently attend and update our front window display

**Role Requirements**:

- Professional Corporate Presentation
- Exceptional phone manner & high-level attention to detail
- Excellent computer, organisation & administration skills
- Mature, positive attitude with a bright & bubbly personality
- The ability to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised
- Displays a “Can Do” Attuite - and is reliable as well as prompt.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Westmead, NSW 2145: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
