**About your new role**:
Are you a resilient and patient individual who thrives on making the biggest impacts and helping where it counts? We are currently seeking casual Disability Support Workers to support customers at our Mount Ommaney Hub. You will be assisting customers travel to and from their place of residence and aid in daily tasks and providing support through challenging behaviours. Our Disability Support Workers assist our valued customers as they shape and improve their lives.

**About you**
- You demonstrate advanced skills in assisting customers/clients who have a wide range of disabilities
- You show experience in coordinating and administrating the delivery of dynamic services
- You can prioritize a busy workload, and respond to emergent situations
- You will have flexible availability, set hour shifts required
- You are enthusiastic about helping in our Hub space
- You will have previous experience in complex and challenging behaviours
- You will be confident working in a team
- You will be confident in driving customers to and from locations

**You will have the following to qualify for this role**
- Hold a current Blue Card (working with children)
- A NDIS Worker Screening Check (Working with Individuals with Disabilities)
- Full COVID-19 vaccinations (proof from MyGov)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate.
- NDIS Worker Modules certificate
- Driver’s Licence
- Working Vehicle and Comprehensive Insurance

**Salary**: $22.76 - $47.80 per hour
