**Hunter & Barrel **is a sophisticated steakhouse where the coal fires and open kitchen make dining a unique social experience, effortlessly creating a warm and inviting ambience.
We are currently looking for Food & Beverage Attendants to join our premium restaurant located in Ringwood, VIC. Due to the nature of this position, a valid RSA is a requirement and applicants without one will be unsuccessful.
**The duties of the position include**:
- Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly manner.
- Managing the service of multiple tables and guests at one time
- Minimum 3 plate carry
- Taking guest orders for food & drinks, processing them via the POS & effectively communicating those orders with kitchen staff
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the restaurant to ensure they receive an exceptional customer experience
- Cash handling/ EFTPOS transactions
- Running food & drinks (alcoholic & non alcoholic)
- Ensuring the restaurant is presentable at the beginning of each service which includes setting tables with plates, cutlery etc.
**About You**
- Previous A La Carte restaurant/bar experience is highly recommended
- Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
- Flexible shift availability - able to work Monday-Sunday on a rotation of lunch & dinner service
