**The Position**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Kitchen Hand **to join our team at a busy campus at **Gatton College**. This is a hands on role where you will ensure the food offered is delivered to an exceptional standard. The role is an afternoon shift between 12pm
- 5pm. This is high calibre service.

**The Role**
- Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings
- Prepare and present mouth-watering dishes
- Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
- Respond to queries promptly and efficiently
- Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility

**The Person**
- Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
- Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
- Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
