We're on the lookout for a **Concession Manager** to take the lead at **MYER Perth City**-someone who thrives on delivering a next-level customer experience and empowering a high-performing team.

**The Opportunity**:
38 hours per week | Tuesday - Thursday: 9am - 5:30pm | Friday: 9am - 4pm | Saturday: 9am - 5pm

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Becoming **BRA-FIT certified** to provide expert fitting guidance
- Representing Bendon's vision-helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life
- Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
- Implementing **Bendon's Visual Merchandising** standards within the MYER PAD
- Analyzing **sales data, reporting, and rosters** to optimize store performance
- Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
