**About the role**:
This wholistic role will see you:

- Identifying, designing, delivering and evaluating comprehensive and engaging training programs across the organisation
- Working with all levels of the business to develop long-term training strategies that align with the strategic goals of the organisation
- hands on with the training budget, record-keeping and compliance requirements
- developing strong relationship within and outside the organisation to support a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

This is a hands-on role requiring regular site visits that adhere to strict hygiene protocols, including mandatory on-site showering. The position involves exposure to poultry, machinery, and various farm-related environments.

**About you**:
We are looking for:

- A passionate communicator with exceptional presentation skills
- Experience in the world of training - proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs, knowledge of various training methods and systems
- Proven organisational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

To be successful, you will need:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Proficiency in MS Office
