**So, what does the role look like?**

As a Hard Count Operator, you will primarily be responsible for completing tasks related to the accurate and timely collection, count, and distribution of coins from the gaming machines.

Duties may include but not limited to;
- Performing cash handling processes including collection, sorting, counting, clipping, bagging and stacking coins
- Refilling Automatic Coin Machines
- Basic cleaning and maintenance of counting machines and scales

**What you will look like?**

To be successful in this position you must have:

- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to perform repetitious work
- The physical capacity to pass a pre-employment medical as you will need to be able to safely perform the manual handling requirements of the position
- The ability to work a rotating roster across a 7 day working week
- Although not essential, experience leading teams and/or table games experience would be highly regarded.
