**The Role**

**We have a Full Time Cleaning Services Manager position at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre**

As the Cleaning Services Manager, you will lead a team of cleaning superstars who deliver a spotless experience to customers of **Indooroopilly Shopping Centre,** a retail client site situated in Brisbane's affluent Western Suburbs. You will be turning curious visitors into loyal customers whilst supervising and leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services. You will be part of the Assetlink team with a key focus on developing a high performing cleaning team, whilst efficiently managing all day to day cleaning operations, including but not limited to; service delivery training, driving in-centre service standards, championing safety, machinery management, consumable control, award interpretation, performance management, roster and budget governance and many other day to day operational requirements.

The hours for this role will be full time five (5) days per week, largely Monday to Friday, however after hours and weekend work may be required as needed.

**Role Requirements**
- Excellent cleaning knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Previous proven experience working within a similar role
- You are a team leader, hands-on operator with the ability to anticipate the needs of guests and your team, exceeding satisfaction levels
- Ability to conduct regular floor walks around the centre to ensure it always presents as per expected standards and reporting requirements
- Responsible for leading, mentoring and developing a team of +60 cleaning team members
- You have an ‘eye for detail’ that can deliver exceptional quality
- Conduct team meetings and regular catch ups with direct reports
- Build and manage strong relationships with VIPs and retailers.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to follow instructions, systems, procedures and processes
- Good computer literacy in software such as the Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable and hard-working attitude
- Positive attitude, integrity and ethical behaviour
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, nights and one day over the weekend
- Must have valid work rights in Australia
