Manager Outer Harbour

We are currently seeking a
**Manager Outer Harbour **for a local Port operations facility based in Kwinana. Reporting into the General Manager Operations this highly visible role will sit within the senior leadership team and be responsible for the positioning of the Port with its external stakeholders including government bodies and communities.

This key role will see you actively contributing to the development of strategic business and operational plans.

**Skills and expertise required**:

- Extensive Port or Marine Operations background
- Proven leadership qualities
- Extensive budget management
- Sound knowledge of enterprise agreements
- Project management experience
- Exemplary communications and negotiation skills
- Be a safety champion
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
