Our client is a large Stockfeed company who is seeking a 3 days per week or 15 hours per week Admin Assistant / Receptionist for a maternity replacement

**The Role**

To be considered for this role you must possess:

- Excellent Excel and PC Skills;
- A calm and flexible approach to work;
- Ability to liaise with a diverse group of stakeholders;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data reconciliation
- Data entry
- Manage Databases
- Manage inbound calls
- Filing and archiving
- Photocopying
- Formatting and printing documents

**Key Requirements**:

- Must have previous Administration Assistant experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong level of organizational attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- High level time management skills
- Be a resourceful and enthusiastic team player
- Maturity, professionalism and confidence in your ability

A can-do attitude, an organized approach and the ability to work autonomously as well as with a team is essential. If you are a self-motivated person, who promotes the highest levels of integrity in the workplace then this opportunity is not to be missed

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glenorie, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
