About Us

Real Estate Investment Finance is a national finance and property group helping others achieve the
dream of owning and building wealth through property.
We consist of a specialised team nationally who assist clients from First Homeowners to Savvy
Investors.
We specialise in refinances, purchases, construction, SMSF, and everything in between within the
residential market and we support all clients in the property purchase and investment space from
start to finish and beyond
We have a multi-national client base, access to off the plan and new construction nationally through
our strong base of builders, and work with a panel of over 35 lenders.
About the role
We are seeking highly motivated & experienced In-Home Property Specialists who are familiar with
the model.
The role is contract based with uncapped commissions with your availability required for the

**following times**:
5 plus appointments per week
(Evenings and Saturdays)
About you
- You have an impeccable presentation and a customer-centric mannerism
- You are highly energetic, self-motivated and have strong attention to detail
- Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent
- You are driven to exceed sales targets
- 3+ years of experience as an in-home sales consultant
- Have an understanding of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF)
- Can complete Property Investment Analysis (PIA)
- You have a burning desire to be successful and well paid for your efforts
- You have a solid understanding of building terms and general property knowledge
- Familiarity with site plans, floor plans, designs and façade options
- You have resilience and tenacity
- You are authentic, genuine and have real ability to connect and communicate with people
- You are strong in follow up
- You have an ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
- You have an ABN or ability to obtain one as this is a contracted role
- You have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Our current team are earning $200k to $500k plus per annum.
