Our client is a leader in it's field, and due to internal progression are currently recruiting an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their ranks.

Join a lean team of 4, each of which have extensive experience and a wonderful mix of personalities.

This role is immediately available, and offers a very flexible hybrid working model. They also offer a wealth of benefits, with a focus on wellbeing, health and compressed working.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Accounts Receivable **(90%)
- Cash receipting - domestic and foreign
- Debt collection
- Producing & sending invoices and statements
- Implementation of improved processes
- Matter & client billing maintenance
- Reconciliations
- Prepare of debtor reports

**Accounts Payable Support **(10%)
- Invoice coding & entry
- Liaising with suppliers
- Creditor reconciliations
- Processing of expense claims, credit notes & adjustment journals
- Resolving queries

**General Finance Support**
- Month end processes
- Ad hoc analysis and finance tasks
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Investigation work
- Identify improvements to billing processes
- Ad hoc analysis as required

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Extensive experience in a similar role previously
- Intermediate Excel skills and technically strong
- Natural problem solver and analytical thinker
- Ideally a background from professional services, legal, accounting or similar
- A proactive worker with the desire to be a high performer
