**About the Role**
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Producer to join our team. As a Digital Producer, you will play a vital role in improving the **user experience** (UX) and effectiveness of our **study.unimelb.edu.au website**, which primarily serves prospective students. Working closely with our Senior Digital Product Manager (Study), you will contribute to the implementation of the Study website's roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams including UX, UI, developers, and marketing.
Your responsibilities include:
- Support the implementation of projects and initiatives from the Study website's roadmap, focusing on enhancing the user experience and backend processes
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify solutions to challenges and gather project requirements effectively
- Solve and action day-to-day requests from Study website stakeholders
- Coordinate updates to the Study website, ensuring the delivery of web development and web content resources
**Who we are looking for**
- Significant work experience in marketing, communications, or higher education fields, with a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or related discipline
- Extensive practical experience building and maintaining websites adhering to web standards, brand guidelines, and accessibility expectations
- Demonstrable project management skills and ability to meet deadlines for web projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

**Your new team - Digital Strategy and Channels**
The Digital Strategy and Channels (DSC) team is a new function within the university responsible for delivering a best in sector digital experience across the University of Melbourne's priority public-facing websites and channels. The DSC function is made up of four teams — Digital Strategy & Performance, Data Driven Marketing, Digital Online Channels and Digital Product Management, which is the team this role is within.
The Digital Product Management team comprises of six Digital Product Managers plus a number of web producers who collaboratively (working with colleagues across DSC) design, develop, implement, optimise and maintain digital solutions to deliver great digital experiences for university's constituents. This Digital Producer role works under the supervision of the Senior Digital Product Manager (Study) and will focus on supporting this role to deliver a roadmap of user-led projects and upgrades to benefit the prospective student audience on the study.unimelb.edu.au website.
