This ASX listed, multi-site organisation is the leader in its field and has a great opportunity for an ambitious and early career remuneration professional to join the team and continue to grow and develop skills. You will work with the leader to assist with the development and implementation of reward solutions and reposition the reward function.
Reporting to the Head of Performance & Reward and working closely with the business partnering team and the business, you will be responsible for acquiring and processing relevant data for all employees to ensure that year-end processes run in a timely and efficient manner. Your key activities will include:
- Assist with the preparation of analytical summaries for the Board’s People, Culture & Remuneration Committee as required.
- Assist in managing the company’s Equity Plans working with finance & the share plan administrators
- Manage the benefits policies & processes and relationships with 3rd party vendors.
- Support year end remuneration activities
- Assist the Head of Performance & Reward in the design, implementation and review of fixed & variable pay plans
- Centrally manage the calculation of quarterly incentive plans
- Conduct job evaluations and provide remuneration recommendations as required
Tertiary qualified, you have highly developed data & systems analytical skills with experience “rolling out” year-end processes. You are adept at gathering and working with disparate data sources with demonstrated HRIS management experience and are hungry and eager to learn.
This position will give you lots of exposure and experience working across the remuneration cycle in a reward team that is transforming.
