Medical Receptionist at Warner

- Managing telephone and patient enquires, scheduling appointments for patients within the practice, billings, messages, and other general administrative duties;
- Ensuring the Medical Centre is tidy and presentable; and
- Communicating with a diverse range of health professionals.

- Professional and personable telephone manner;
- Proficient computer skills;
- Demonstrated initiative, time management and flexibility;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; and
- High standard of presentation and attention to detail; and the
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Experience in medical administrative roles is highly desirable.

This is ideally a permanent casual role with reasonable hours on offer.

- 8 hour shift
