**Balance Home Services** is a family-owned business and a NDIS registered agency.

We provide an unmatched level of individualised care and support to our clients of all ages with disability or workplace injuries, in their own homes.

**To be eligible to work with us, you must have the following requirements.**

Experience in cleaning in private homes, hotels, hospitals, or care facilities is preferred.

The following clearances or willing to obtain:
**NDIS Worker Check (Valid 5yrs)**

A valid **Driver’s License**

Own clean and roadworthy car (proof of registration required)

Excellent communication - Must understand and speak fluent English both written and verbal.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent cleaning skills & sanitation procedure knowledge.

Extensive knowledge of products and equipment & their intended uses.

Physically fit for the tasks.

Ability to work autonomously and make good decisions.

Good time management.

And just a great personality and a keen enthusiasm to work.

**Above award wages/Casual rates.** **$30.54/hr Mon to Fri - No weekends.**

Payments for km’s & time traveled between clients in line with policy.

**Other**:
PAYG and superannuation per relevant legislation.

Workers Compensation Insurance through Balance Home Services.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $32.29 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Clearance (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Car Registration (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: On the road
