Hudson has partnered with a large Federal Agency and is seeking to engage an enthusiastic Program Support Officer to join a regional office located in Orange NSW.

Please note you must be an Australian citizen to be considered for these positions and have the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance to be eligible for these roles.

The team is supportive, friendly and they are passionate about what they do.
- Prepare correspondence and meeting notes
- Identify project risks and mitigation strategies
- Provide quality grants and contract administration to grantees
- Maintain strong productive working relationships with external partners
- Manage program funding and report against key progress and payment milestones
- Undertake project assessments against program guidelines and procedural documentation

**Essential skills/experience required**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are keen to learn and are open to new experiences with a 'can do' attitude. You do not need to have extensive experience as we are looking for someone with aptitude and potential to perform in the role, so don't hesitate to apply

To be considered for the position, you will need the following skills and experience:

- Sound written and oral communication skills
- Deliver work and progress outcomes, with competing priorities, in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively as part of a small team
- Ability to network and effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Able to prioritise work and complete allocated tasks

Experience working with grants would be highly regarded.
