**Introduction**:
Our Drivers are key people within our team as they interface with the community and showcase our commitment to person-centred high quality and safe Community Transport Service.

CRCS Transport supports a diverse age range of passengers including children and participants who are frail aged and/or living with a disability. The coach has 45 seats and will be requested for many different occasions some including overnight stays for group excursions. As part of our team you will be entitled to an excellent permanent part time salary and salary packaging, but best of all work in a team dedicated to others

**Description**:
You will work closely with the Program Manager -Transport to deliver a quality transport experience based on a charter model. Of most importance will be your flexibility and patience as you work with people who often require some little extras

Coach driving experience is essential to the role.

To be considered for this exciting role that is key to growing our program you need to have the following - exemplary driving record, ability to assist people in/out of the vehicle as well as unload wheelchairs and walking frames, and a cheerful positive style. You must also have a current HR Drivers license, Public Vehicle Driver License 'Condition O' and first aid training. It will be a pre requisite of employment to complete an independent driving assessment.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**CRCS also requires all employees to**:

- Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
- Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may effect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position
- Maintain full COVID-19 vaccination currency and provide evidence of their vaccinations to CRCS (sensitive information is kept private and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles) unless they are able to provide suitable evidence of a medical contraindication that prevents them from receiving this vaccine.
