We are looking for Boner/Slicer who can join us immediately to work in a large well-known manufacturer of quality and award-winning ham, bacon, poultry and smallgoods products.

**Location: Pendle Hill NSW**

**Timing**:Early Morning Shift 4 am to 12:30 pm**.**

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- operate switching controls to direct and drop carcasses and meat cuts from supply rails to boning tables
- cut meat to separate meat, fat and tissue from around bones
- washe, scrape and trim foreign material and blood from meat
- cut sides and quarters of meat into standard meat cuts, such as rumps, flanks and shoulders, and removes internal fat, blood clots, bruises and other matter to prepare them for packing and marketing.

**About you**:

- experience working in a boning room or meat processing plant as a boner or skilled knife hand/ trimmer
- the ability to do manual handling work, long hours standing and repetitive work
- a good stable work history demonstrating a strong work ethic, reliability and motivation
- experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced food production environment
- the ability to lift up to 25 kg
- a positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to work in a variety of other related tasks
- the ability to work in accordance with strict food safety, hygiene, quality and safety requirements
- good communication skills to be understood in a multicultural workplace, fluent in English
- Australian residency or permanent citizenship or full working visa
- A minimum of 2 work referees

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
