Technical Trainer

**What is the opportunity?**

We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to join the team in Docklands.

Reporting to the Technical Training Manager, this role will focus on training Subaru technicians and apprentices in current and new Subaru technology together with maintaining and assessing technicians and apprentices through Subaru technician pathway.

Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Design and development of Technical Training Syllabus and training support programs
- Delivery of Technical Training to Retailer Network
- Provide team support
- Administration duties as required

**Who are we looking for?**
- Superior technical competency in motor vehicle technology
- Qualified Motor Mechanic (preferably Master Technician)
- Minimum 6 years experience (2 years after obtaining qualification) within a dealership, and full understanding of dealer operations (Service, Parts, Sales)
- Direct experience in the development and/or delivery of training, or; the coaching and mentoring of employees
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) & Internet
- Accredited Train the Trainer (TTT) qualification
