At Baw Baw Radiology, we are committed to providing a premium and professional service to the local community in Gippsland.

We are part of the Imaging Associates network, and have a well-established clinic in Drouin, with a new state-of-the-art clinic in Warragul which has just opened.

As we grow, we are seeking patient-focused **Medical Imaging Receptionists **to become an integral part of this exciting and significant phase of our business journey.

**What will you be doing?**

Make your mark working across our flagship Drouin clinic and at our newest site in Warragul, as you provide **excellence in patient care**.

You may be experienced in medical administration, or you may come from a strong customer service background in a different industry. Either way, we place a strong emphasis on the professional development of our team and will tailor a training program to develop and expand your skills.

As the first point of contact, you will take great pride in the care you show to patients, and work collaboratively with our clinical team members to ensure that our radiology service offering is provided in a professional, respectful, and compassionate way.

Key responsibilities include:

- Welcome patients and provide them with information about their appointment
- Manage calls and patient bookings
- Respond to enquiries from patients and referrers
- Manage patient invoicing and receipting

**What are we looking for?**

To be successful, you will need to have:

- Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
- Experience working autonomously and part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Confidence with technology and the ability to learn new systems
- Availability to work across a rotating roster (7.6-hour shifts) that covers the operational hours of 8am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
