**Your Role**

As a **Kitchen Design & Sales Consultant**, you’ll combine your design expertise to drive customer satisfaction and business success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective design consultations
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and create tailored kitchen solutions
- preparation of accurate quotes and compelling 3D kitchen renders
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the design and sales process
- Monitor timelines, workflows, and productivity to ensure efficiency and results
- Collaborate with showroom and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in **kitchen design and sales**, ideally within a showroom environment
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a knack for juggling multiple projects
- A genuine passion for **design excellence**, **customer satisfaction**, and **continuous improvement**
