We provide a supportive, fun and enriching Before & After School Care environment for primary-aged children. Our **Greenacre**service is growing, and we’re looking for a **Second in Charge (2IC)** to support our Centre Director in delivering a high-quality experience for families and children.

This is a **Full-Time Role**—perfect for someone looking for a stable and rewarding position during school terms.

**About the Role**:

- Assist with the day-to-day running of the service
- Create and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Build strong relationships with families and school staff
- Support a safe and inclusive space for children and educators
- Step up in the Director’s absence
- Assist with planning and admin

**Hours**:

- Before School: 7:00am - 9:00am
- After School: 2:30pm - 6:00pm
- Admin: Flexible during the school day

**Who You Are**:

- Great with children and teams
- Excellent communicator
- Cert III + or working towards an ACECQA-recognised qualification
- OSHC or early childhood experience is a bonus
