Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager and Operations Manager, you will be given extensive in-house training and be working with and learning from some of the most passionate and skilled hospitality professionals in the country.

The Position
The office is at Attica Restaurant in Ripponlea, which is located only 8kms from the CBD in the inner Southeast suburbs. Situated very close to both the train station and tram stops and with free on-street parking, getting to work will be a breeze.
This position could be either part-time or full-time, depending on the person, their level of expertise and their availability. We want you to have input into your hours, so the start and finishing times can be discussed if you are successful. The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday.
To be successful in this job we require someone who is comfortable working autonomously with strong organisation and prioritising skills. You will also have great attention to detail and the ability to handle a high volume of work.
Experience on the floor as a manager, waiter or host will be looked upon favourably and experience in restaurant or hotel administration, including using reservations programs and the Office suite, is preferable.
You will bring a strong desire to ensure that our guests have the best experience possible with you, and will also demonstrate a savvy business mind with the ability to continually improve the outcomes for both the guests and the business.
