**About the Role**:
As the Head of Department - Teaching and Learning, you will have responsibility for the following:

- Leading the construction and implementation of the whole school Pedagogical Approach including the MacG Framework for Learning and Learning Focus Group
- Leading Junior and Senior Curriculum Implementation including the Curriculum Focus Group to achieve MacGregor SHS curriculum priorities
- Enhancing school curriculum alignment in junior and senior school, relevant to existing and upcoming syllabuses
- Leading the Beginning/Early Teacher Programs
- Managing our Pre-service teachers and associated processes
- Providing Staff professional learning opportunities to enhance teaching practice
- Leading school Digital Learning to enhance the use of digital innovation in the classroom
- Line managing our Information Technology Project Officer to strategically lead school digital systems and structure
- Maintaining High level visibility both inside and outside of classrooms across all faculties
- Work closely with relevant DP on Curriculum and Learning priorities
