As an ESCC Teacher, you will be a key member of our passionate, purpose-driven team, working to help students in out-of-home care achieve their full potential.

**About the Role**

We are seeking enthusiastic ESCC Teachers to provide individualized educational support to children and young people in out-of-home care. This role is based in Morwell with travel to co-locations and is available on a full-time or part-time basis. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in students’ lives by offering a personalized, flexible approach to education that aligns with their personal goals and needs.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Deliver tailored learning plans to students in out-of-home care, ensuring a personalized approach to their education.
- Assess students’ individual learning needs and provide targeted support and interventions.
- Collaborate with carers, case workers, and other professionals to create a holistic support network for each student.
- Maintain comprehensive student records and actively contribute to developing individual education plans.
- Organize engaging learning activities that align with students’ passions and interests.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that supports students’ emotional and educational development.

**What We're Looking For**
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Education) and full Victorian Teaching Registration.
- Experience teaching children and young people, with a deep understanding of their developmental needs and the unique challenges they face in care services (Kinship Care, Foster Care, Residential Care, Lead Tenant).
- Proven ability to adapt evidence-based teaching methods to suit the learning styles and needs of individual students.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and build trusting relationships with students of all ages.
- A genuine passion for working with vulnerable children and young people and a commitment to making a positive difference in their lives.

Pay: $53.84 - $60.66 per hour
