A Fairground located in Caboolture, currently have an exciting position available for a Parks and Gardens Apprentice to join their team.

As an apprentice you will undertake a variety of duties which may include:

- installing and maintaining plant displays
- cultivating turf
- installing irrigation and drainage
- controlling weeds, pests and diseases
- performing operational maintenance of machinery
- providing information on plants, products and treatments

You will also work towards completing a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Parks and Gardens.

Hours are Part Time, approx. 20+ hrs per week, however, you must be flexible with shifts due to events being held nights and weekends).

To be considered for this position you must be willing to learn, committed, reliable and punctual.
