**St Michael’s College is seeking a suitably qualified, dynamic educator to fill the position of Religious Education and Physical Education Teacher. The successful applicant will demonstrate a willingness to teach within the RE department up to Year 11 and 12 Religion and Ethics level. This role is 50% PE and 50% RE.**
**The successful applicant will be joining an established and dedicated team of teachers, focused on collaborative working practices, supported by outstanding Heads of Departments.**
**Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a commitment to Excellence in Learning and Teaching through co-planning from the approved curriculum; teaching that provides opportunities for students to develop their love of learning; and a mind-frame of continuous improvement through dedicated feedback processes.**

**Experience working within a Responsible Thinking Process framework would be advantageous.**

- Proven organisational skills
- Commitment to engage with colleagues, students, and parents/carers to achieve the best outcomes
- Demonstrated competence against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers across professional knowledge, practice and engagement.

- Hold a current Queensland College of Teachers registration; and
- Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
