**About the Role**:
Our client is seeking an experienced
**Full-Time Horticulturist/Landscape Gardener** to join their landscaping team. A landscaping background is essential with a tertiary qualification within horticulture or in the process of attaining one. A proven track record with hands-on experience in landscaping is essential to be successful in this role.

**Essential**:

- Enthusiastic, passionate, and self-motivated.
- Strong and physically fit
- White card
- Three years of industry experience
- Horticulture qualifications (or currently studying horticulture)
- Ability to use all tools including hand and small motorized power tools
- Follow instructions and understand all OH&S procedures and requirements
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team and communicate respectfully and effectively with team leaders/members.
- Basic understanding of tool and landscape including hard and soft scapes
- A keen eye for detail

**Preferred**:

- Current Driver’s License (manual)
- Knowledge of plants, pests & diseases
- Based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, or willing to relocate
- Background in residential landscaping

**Duties Include**:

- Assisting with maintenance in residential gardens and installations of new gardens.
- Working in generally a pair of two with a team leader in order to complete required tasks in a timely and efficient manner
