Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional seeking an exciting opportunity to work closely with a renowned surgeon? Look no further We have an exceptional position for a Personal Assistant/Receptionist to join a busy Surgeon.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the surgeon's daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a trusted liaison between the surgeon and various stakeholders, including patients, medical staff, and administrative personnel.
- Manage the surgeon's busy schedule, including appointments, surgeries, meetings, social media, taking payments, surgical billings
- Prepare and organise documents, medical reports ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate seamless information flow within the surgical team and other departments.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a surgical practice.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and medical software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with surgical procedures.
