**Overview**:
Alpha Home Appliances is a professional service and installation business located in Alexandria, NSW. We specialize in repairing and servicing major household appliances such as washing machines, ovens, dishwashers, stoves, fridges, and dryers. We offer repairs for all brands and cover areas including Eastern Suburbs, Sydney CBD, Inner West, and Lower North Shore.

We are looking for an Electronic Equipment and Appliance Repair Technician (Electronic Equipment Trades Worker) to join the team In this role, you will actively inspect and troubleshoot appliances to identify the root cause of malfunctions or breakdowns. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Alexandria, NSW.

**Main tasks**
- Fault finding and servicing dishwashers, washing machines, clothes dryers, cooktops, range hoods, ovens and microwaves;
- Diagnosing, resolving and repairing all appliance problems;
- Testing electrical systems functionality and repairing to electronic equipment such as Control panels PCB modules, installation and testing;
- Reading and comprehending complex manuals and diagrams;
- Working with wires, using hand tools and handling small components;
- Collaborating with Senior Technician/Manager and other tradesworkers on technical tasks.

**Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience**
- Relevant qualification plus 2 years’ work experience (or 3 years work experience in case of no qualification);
**Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge**
- Experience in electronic equipment repairs;
- A current/valid drivers licence;
- Able to work autonomously;
- Self-motivated;
- Initiative and good interpersonal skills; and
- Comfortable working with a broad range of customers.

Annual salary will be between $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
