**Job Summary**: Passion for Coffee is essential Electrical Fitter Licence or Electrical Fitter Mechanic Licence is essential Minimum one (1) years' experience Living in Australia Espresso Repairman Pty Ltd is a Brisbane based, family owned and run company providing the highest level of customer service to hundreds of cafés and restaurants in South East Queensland. With consistent and strong levels of growth our company requires us to seek the talents and experience of another coffee machine technician to join our growing team. **The Role**: - Very Customer Service focused. - Communication skills as well as Strong Technical Competency is essential. - Provide accurate and efficient service via the installation, service and repairs of customer's Commercial Espresso Machinery and equipment. - High level of presentation is required as we predominately work within Cafe's and Restaurants. - Communicate effectively and positively with a range of people from diverse backgrounds is also a must. - The Territory will be within the Brisbane and surrounding Northern (Redcliffe, Northlakes area) and Western suburbs (as far as Ipswich region) to the Gold Coast/Coolangatta. **Successful Applicant**: - Passion for Coffee is essential. - Electrical Fitter Licence or Electrical Fitter Mechanic Licence is essential. - Minimum one (1) years' experience in servicing and repair of commercial espresso machines (Wega and La Marzocco coffee machines is desirable). - A proven ability to understand & diagnose electro-mechanical systems and be able to trouble shoot and fault find. - A Current Open Driver's licence and an ability to travel to various site locations on a daily basis. - Proven exceptional Customer Service Skills - Competent in the use of a laptop or tablet for the purpose of onsite customer invoicing. - Strong Attention to Detail. - Fast on the Spot Thinking. - High levels of self-motivation. - Displays a Positive "can do" attitude and an Eagerness to learn. **The Package** - Immediate Start - Permanent Full Time Position - 38 hours per week. - Includes a fully maintained Company Vehicle & Smart Phone. - Must be Available for on call contact once a month for Weekend Emergency Breakdowns. **Note**:Any hours accrued over the normal 38 hour week attract overtime penalty rates **_ IND123_** **_IND123_
