Paramount House Hotel is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Night Concierge to join our Front Desk team on a Full Time basis.

**About the role**

In this role you will be the face of the property during the night. The role involves a wide variety of responsibilities with the guest experience always at the forefront. You will be taking care of the guest’s arrival and departure, responding to requests and enquiries as well as performing administrative tasks and providing insightful advices on the local area. You'll work on a fixed shifts schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 9:45pm to 7:45am.

For this role, the following criteria are also required:

- Have a valid RSA certificate or be willing to obtain it
- Have full working rights within Australia
- Minimum one year experience in a customer facing service role

**About you**

The ability carry out all aspects of the night operation in a proficient manner, while providing an excellent service across all aspects of our Front Desk operation is essential.

PHH is a 29 rooms neighbourhood focused hotel, born from a love for hospitality.

We are located in the former Paramount Pictures building in Surry Hills, along with our co-tenants such as AP Bakery, Paramount Coffee Project, Golden Age Cinema and Cocktail Bar, Poly, The Office Space.
